For its 10th anniversary, the event placed a spotlight on leadership, innovation, and industry excellence.
The most prestigious recognition, Developer of the Year 2025, was awarded to RLC Residences, which also received Best Starter Home Condominium Development, Best Smart Home Condominium Development, Best Sustainable Development, Best Condominium Architectural Design, and the Special Recognition Award for Sustainable Construction.
Federal Land dominated several categories, winning Best Developer Metro Manila, Best Luxury Condominium Development, Best Affordable Condominium Development, Best Mixed-Use Development, Best Retail Development, Best Transit-Oriented Development, Best Community-Centric Design, and the People’s Choice Award for Project of the Year 2025 for the Grand Hyatt Manila Residences South Tower.

Makiling Mews Corp. was named Best Boutique Developer and Best LEED Development. Pueblo de Oro Development Corporation achieved Best Affordable Housing Development and Best Green Development.

(Best Resort Condominium Development), Dolmar Land (Best Investment Property – Emerging Communities), Golden Bay Prime Landholdings, Inc.
