WED | Empower Your Journey with Toujours Travel and Tours: Where Traveling is a Rewarding Experience for All! | We love traveling – – for fun and adventure – – no doubt about it, and for the benefits it brings to our total wellbeing.
Primarily, it offers a chance to break free from the monotony of everyday life and experience new cultures, sights, and sounds. And thus broadening our perspectives, to challenge our preconceived notions, and to witness the vast tapestry of human experience that exists beyond our own backyards.

And by stepping outside the familiar comfort of our routines and plunging into the unknown, traveling becomes an education unlike any other. Whether it’s exploring ancient ruins, navigating bustling markets, or simply savoring the flavors of a foreign cuisine, travel ignites our curiosity and fuels a deeper understanding of the world and our place within it. It leaves us with indelible memories and a profound appreciation for the diverse beauty of our planet.

That’s why even those who are sick, facing physical challenges or having restricted mobility still want to travel. That’s because traveling can still be an incredibly rewarding experience, which can be mentally stimulating and uplifting, potentially even aiding in recovery. Travel can also provide a sense of accomplishment and independence, fostering a positive attitude and boosting self-esteem.
Knowing this fully well, friends and business partners Abigail Mae Fuentes Selma and Jhona Viscarra have decided to set up their own travel agency which they name as Toujours Travel and Tours — a company founded on the belief that travel should be accessible, inclusive, and stress-free for everyone.
How the company came to be?
Ms. Abigail Mae Fuentes Selma, CEO and President
Abigail who is CEO, President, and Founder of Toujours Travel and Tours, is a travel bug herself. With over 20 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Executive, she has traveled extensively around the world conducting Quality and Supplier Audits. These global experiences not only honed her eye for detail and commitment to excellence but also ignited a lifelong passion for travel. Inspired by the cultures she encountered and the importance of seamless, accessible journeys, Abigail envisioned creating a travel company that prioritized quality, inclusivity, and client satisfaction.
Her journey became even more personal after undergoing open-heart surgery, which made traveling more challenging. Experiencing firsthand the difficulties travelers with special requirements face, along with witnessing her own mother’s and mother-in-law’s struggles with limited mobility, strengthened Abigail’s resolve to open Toujours Travel and Tours.
“Traveling with elderly individuals, those who are ill, or people with special needs requires careful planning and consideration to ensure a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable journey.
With accessible travel options and thoughtful consideration of one’s limitations, the world can still be open and full of wonder, offering unforgettable memories and enriching perspectives, regardless of physical challenges, ” Abigail explained during the formal opening of the agency at its BGC headquarters.
A visionary leader , Abigail has played a pivotal role in building Quality Systems for various startups, many of which have been successfully acquired by multiple Fortune 100 companies. Her expertise in regulatory compliance, operational excellence, strategic business development, and ISO Quality Standards focused on customer service and continuous improvements have been instrumental in ensuring the success and reliability of every organization she has led.
It is the same dedication to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction has been the foundation of Toujours Travel and Tours, setting it apart to poise as a trusted leader in the inclusive and ability-focused travel service industry.
Under her direction, the company will continue to expand its reach, with plans to open a satellite office in Cebu City by the end of year and another one in California by the beginning of 2026. Toujours will be offering clients seamless and stress-free travel experiences worldwide. Abigail’s dedication to innovation and client-focused services makes her an inspiring entrepreneur in the travel sector.
Joining Abigail in this commitment to provide the best travel experience even to the most challenging travelers is Jhona who has been Abi’s trusted virtual Travel Consultant for the longest time.
“We met in person finally in 2024 and which led to a discussion about founding Toujours Travel and Tours. We got incorporated on the 17th of February 2025 and became SelCarra Global Corporation. We have done our soft opening and since Toujours has continued to receive and assist clients with all their travel needs,” Abigail said.
