Roy started as a service crew in McDonald’s and worked his way up to become the COO of Yellow Cab Pizza at the age of 38. His passion and dedication was instrumental in making Yellow Cab one of the successful local Pizza chains competing against international players. He also managed the Army Navy and Jamba Juice Business. A voracious book lover who values continuous personal improvement. “Reading books and networking must be part of your activity in order to excel”, Roy quips.  A sports-minded professional and a product of UP Diliman, Roy is an expert in strategic planning, systems management, and customer service.
